Welcome to deedguide, located at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, Singapore (Business ID S8962337A). By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

deedguide provides specialized apartment purchase guidance, including title checks and encumbrance review.

2. Informational Products

We offer digital materials and resources to assist with apartment acquisition procedures and best practices.

3. Goods

From time to time, deedguide may supply printed documents and other tangible materials relevant to property transactions.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

For guidance sessions (title checks, encumbrance review), clients may request a refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the session has not commenced. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days. If a session is delayed or cancelled by deedguide, clients may opt to reschedule once without additional charges. After a session has started, fees are nonrefundable due to allocation of expert resources.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase and are not eligible for a refund. If a digital item is defective or fails to open, deedguide will supply a replacement copy upon request.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive the sent back item. If an item arrives damaged, deedguide will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Service Modifications

deedguide reserves the right to modify or update services and materials at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes via email or notices on deedguide.
